Please contact us before taking any other action.
In the unlikely event that the item has to be returned then the return postage must be paid for by the purchaser and will only be refunded in full providing the item is being returned due to it being faulty or was damaged in transit.
If the item is being returned due to the wrong item being ordered by the purchaser or the purchaser has changed their mind then no refund of any kind will be given until the item is back in our possession in a resalelable condition. We will only refund the amount paid and not the return postage costs for change of mind or wrong item ordered. We do not charge a restocking fee
We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that have been especially made up at the customer’s request.
In the case of non delivery by our courier we may ask you to make certain checks before taking any other sort of action this does include sending a replacement or offering a refund
